Delegates from Twenty University, Netherlands Visit SERC for Knowledge Exchange and Collaboration

The Science & Engineering Research Centre (SERC) was honoured to host a visit from a delegation of students and academic staff from Twenty University, Netherlands. The visit formed part of an international engagement initiative aimed at promoting academic collaboration and exposure to advanced research facilities.
A Warm Welcome and Insightful Tour
The visiting group, consisting of postgraduate students and faculty members, was welcomed by SERC’s representative and technical team. The session began with a briefing about SERC’s role in supporting high-impact research and innovation across multidisciplinary fields.
The delegates were then taken on a guided tour of several state-of-the-art laboratories, including the:
X-ray Diffraction (XRD) Laboratory, Thermal Laboratory, Raman Spectroscopy Lab, HRTEM,
Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) ,Surface Characterization Lab and Analytical Chemistry Lab (GC-MS, HPLC, etc.)
The visit concluded with networking and photo sessions, during which both parties expressed enthusiasm for future academic and research collaborations.
Such engagements reflect SERC’s commitment to fostering a global research network and continuously enhancing its role as a hub for scientific excellence.
