MICROSCOPY AND ANALYTICAL IMAGING

Microscopy and analytical imaging provide an advanced imaging technology that uses high-end instruments to produce significant images of the materials which are cannot be seen with the bare eyes. The images of the materials can be analysed by physical structures and defects from different depths and sizes from micron to nanoscale.
