Seminar ‘Latest Transmission & Scanning Electron Microscope’ di SERC, USM

On January 22, 2024, JEOL (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd and JEOL Asia Pte. Ltd., in collaboration with Science and Engineering Research Center USM as co-organizer, conducted a seminar at Seminar Room located at SERC.

The seminar, titled 'Latest Transmission & Scanning Electron Microscope,' was presented by the company representative, Dr. Wong Jen It. The core of his presentation revolved around the theory and fundamentals of Electron Microscopy technology. Dr Wong also introduced the JEOL-branded equipment and sample preparation tools, featuring machines such as FESEM, Cs-corrected TEM, 200kV TEM, and Focused Ion Beam (FIB).

30 participants engaged in a comprehensive three-hour seminar session , including both staff and students from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). This event provided an in-depth exploration of Electron Microscopy technology, offering valuable insights into the theory and practical applications of the discussed equipment.
